1. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use SMOKE, we collect:

• Account information: email address, full name, username
• Task data: tasks you create, claim, or comment on; project memberships
• Device token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used solely for push notifications

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core app functionality: task tracking, project collaboration, and team communication
• To send push notifications for mentions, new tasks, and join requests
• To authenticate and secure your account

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

SMOKE relies on the following trusted services:

• Supabase — for database storage, authentication, and real-time sync
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — for delivering push notifications to your device

These services process data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required for them to function.

4. Permissions

SMOKE requests the following permission:

• Push Notifications — to alert you about mentions, new tasks, and team activity. You can disable this in your device settings at any time.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or a project owner removes you from a project, associated data is removed or anonymized as appropriate.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including Row-Level Security (RLS) on our database, encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), and secure authentication to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your profile information
• Leave projects and remove your associated data
• Request account deletion by contacting us
